The working principle of the hand-free mop

创建于06.12
The working principle of the hand-free mop mainly revolves around the two core functions of cleaning and dehydration. Through ingenious design and physical principles, it realizes the convenient operation without manually wring out the mop cloth, as follows:
Cleaning principle
The cleaning function of the hand-free mop mainly depends on its special mop cloth material and the design of the cleaning bucket. Mops are usually made of high-quality fabrics such as microfibers, which have extremely strong adsorption capacity and can quickly absorb dust, stains and liquids on the floor. During the cleaning process, users only need to immerse the mop head in the clean water in the cleaning bucket. By taking advantage of the adsorption property of the mop cloth, they can easily remove the dirt on the floor.
Some hand-free mops are also equipped with a clean and dirty separation function. The interior of the cleaning bucket is designed with a separation structure to separate sewage from clean water. When the mop head rotates or moves up and down in the cleaning bucket, clean water will constantly wash the surface of the mop, flushing the adsorbed stains and dust into the dirty water area, thus keeping the mop clean and preventing it from being repeatedly soaked in dirty water, ensuring that a relatively clean mop is used each time when mopping the floor.
Dehydration principle
The dehydration function of the hand-free mop mainly utilizes the principle of centrifugal force. Centrifugal devices such as rotating gears or turbines are usually installed in the cleaning bucket. When the user puts the mop head into the cleaning bucket and starts the dehydration program (such as stepping on the pedal, pressing the handle or rotating the mop lever), the centrifugal device will start to rotate at high speed.
During the rotation process, the mop head is subjected to the effect of centrifugal force, and the water is rapidly flung out of the mop fibers and enters the sewage area. As the rotation continues, the moisture on the mop gradually decreases and eventually reaches a relatively dry state. This dehydration method is not only efficient and fast, but also avoids direct contact of users with sewage, which is both hygienic and labor-saving.
